We work hard to find the best clothing and equipment so that we can guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for an exchange or a full refund.  Just follow these steps:

• Email us at Information@BluePlanetKids.com to let us know what you are returning and why, and let us know if you prefer a replacement or a refund.  
• Pack the item with all the tags.
• Put our return address on the box: 7125 Sleepy Hollow Cir, Tallahassee, Florida, 32312.
• Write "Attention - Return" on the outside of the box.
• Send it back to us here at Sleepy Hollow. We will take care of the rest.
